How the work
is shaped.

Three ways in, depending on how settled the idea already is. All three are priced as a fixed number agreed in writing before anything is built — there is no hourly rate here, because an hourly rate makes my slowness your problem.

Engagements

All prices excl. VAT · fixed, not hourly

01 · Two weeks

Design Sprint

For a product that is still a conversation. Two weeks to turn it into something you can put in front of a real person and watch them use.

[[ from €0,000 ]] Fixed · 2 weeks
  • A kick-off session and a written problem statement — what this is for, and who decides
  • User flows for the journey that actually matters
  • A clickable prototype with real content, not lorem
  • A build estimate detailed enough to take to anyone, including someone who is not me
  • No production code
  • No store submission

02 · Six to ten weeks

Product Build

The main engagement, and the one most people want. Scope, design, build and ship — one principal, one thread, one payment schedule.

[[ from €00,000 ]] Fixed scope · 6–10 weeks
  • Everything in the Design Sprint, as week one
  • Full interface design and a design system delivered inside the codebase
  • iOS, Android or web, in your hands weekly via TestFlight or internal testing
  • Store submission and the review correspondence that follows it
  • Monitoring through the first weeks after launch, while the real users arrive
  • Handover of source, repositories, developer accounts and design files

03 · Monthly

Studio Retainer

For after launch, when the product needs someone who already knows why every decision in it was made that way.

[[ from €0,000 / mo ]] Monthly · 30 days notice
  • An agreed number of days each month, booked in advance
  • Design and engineering from the person who built the thing
  • Release management and store review handling for each version
  • Unused days roll one month forward, then expire
  • Not a support desk — replies are within business days
  • Not on call outside İstanbul working hours

How pricing works

Fixed, not hourly

You know the number first

The scope and the cost are agreed in writing before work starts. If I estimate badly, that is mine to absorb — which is the correct incentive for the person doing the estimating.

Paid in three

Nothing paid for work not done

A third to book the slot, a third when design is signed off, a third on handover. A retainer is invoiced monthly in advance.

Change is normal

Scope changes are re-quoted, not absorbed quietly

Products change while you build them. When yours does, you get a written number for the change before it happens — never a surprise line on an invoice.

What you own

All of it,
on delivery.

Source code, repositories, developer accounts, design files and the design system transfer to you at handover. Nothing is held back as leverage for a maintenance contract, and there is no proprietary layer you would have to licence to keep the product running.

When this is the wrong studio

Said plainly,
before you pay.

Two engagements at a time means saying no often. It is fairer to say what gets a no here than to let you find out in week three.

Staff augmentation

If what you need is a pair of hands inside someone else's process and someone else's design, an agency bench serves you better than this does.

A deadline that is already gone

Six weeks of work does not fit into three. A date that has already passed its own scope is a conversation for before the contract, not after.

Design as decoration

If the interface is meant to be applied at the end to something already built and already decided, the part of this that is worth paying for is already over.

Still the right shape?
